Mission
The mission of our organization is to help empower women by unlocking the chains that have bound them; be it through incarceration, addiction, or lack of self-esteem.

Vision
For women to improve the quality of their lives through addressing traumas that have led to addiction and/or incarceration; to improve family relationships; to work towards self sufficiency through employment; educate communities on the plight of ex-offenders returning to their neighborhoods; and to work towards changing laws eliminating barriers for change through unintended consequences.

Purpose
The “Women of Powers" goal is to build an organization that provides a holistic approach to rehabilitation and re-entry. We aim to advocate on behalf of women in the criminal justice system through empowerment. We provide additional opportunities for women to reconnect with family and the community.
